We are hiring a full-time/part-time Front Desk and Customer Care Officer to work in an office. The company is in telecommunications and security industry. Most of the time you will be talking to customers and employees over the phone. Not much experience is required and full training will be provided. Requirements:
1. Good phone manner in talking to customers.
2. Some education is needed especially computer related.
3. Capable of using Microsoft word and Excel.
4. Reasonable typing speed for data entry.
5. Good at handling multi-tasks.
6. Call center experience an asset.
Work hours: 10:00 am to 6:00pm,
