On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Entry/Data Management role for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Data Entry/Data Management - Job Description:
This role involves managing and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and consistency across business operations. The candidate will be responsible for executing data entry tasks, maintaining contract dashboards, and supporting cross-functional collaboration for contract execution.
Data Entry/Data Management - Responsibilities:
- Execute precise data entry and interpretation while maintaining contract dashboard accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle
- Work cross-functionally with colleagues to identify issues, develop solutions, and refine procedures
- Interface with teams across the bank to gain visibility into different business lines and support collaborative contract execution
- Extract contract information from multiple sources and ensure digital records are complete and accurately represented
- Apply advanced Excel skills to data analysis and reporting
Data Entry/Data Management - Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with strong typing skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience with Data Entry and Data Interpretation
- Canadian Banking experience
- Spreadsheet Management
- Data Analysis and Reconciliation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
Data Entry/Data Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution (Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field)
- Financial literacy or contract law knowledge
- SAP/ERP experience
