Bright Futures Health is currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing mobile healthcare team providing in-home massage therapy services throughout Vaughan and surrounding communities.
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and client-focused therapists interested in building a flexible and rewarding caseload with the support of an established clinic and ongoing referral network.

About the Role
As a Mobile Registered Massage Therapist, you will provide professional massage therapy services directly in clients’ homes. This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy flexibility, independence, and building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, treatment, and ongoing care in accordance with CMTO standards and professional guidelines
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate clients regarding treatment goals, wellness strategies, and self-management techniques
- Maintain a professional and client-centred approach at all times
- Travel to client homes within Vaughan and surrounding communities
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Current professional liability insurance
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Experience in mobile, clinic, or community-based settings is considered an asset
Requirements
- Must be willing to provide in-home appointments
- Must supply your own massage table, linens, oils, and treatment equipment
- Must maintain active professional liability insurance
- Must be legally eligible to work in Ontario
Availability
- Part-time subcontractor position
- Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available
- Minimum availability of one shift per week
- Opportunity to increase hours and appointments as referral volume grows
Compensation
- Independent contractor position
- Earn $100–$160+ per appointment depending on treatment length and appointment type
- Consistent referral opportunities available based on availability and service area coverage
Pay: $100.00-$160.00 per hour
