Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing early-career professional who enjoys interacting with people and is open to extensive travel. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is comfortable engaging with North American clients and representing the company at events.
Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and available to work on-site in Mississauga when not travelling. Applicants must also be legally eligible to travel within Canada and the United States (Canadian citizen or valid U.S. visa).
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at trade shows and events across North America, including booth setup and visitor engagement.
- Travel frequently with the team and maintain a professional and approachable presence.
- Support marketing initiatives such as brochure preparation, promotions, and social media activities.
- Communicate effectively with prospective customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships through follow-ups and professional interactions.
- Conduct basic market and event research to support planning efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and event activities.
- Assist with day-to-day office and marketing operations when on-site in Mississauga.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) for engaging with North American stakeholders.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently across North America.
- Must have legal authorization to travel to the United States (citizenship or valid visa).
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
