We're looking for an energetic, driven, and people-focused Dual Studio Sales Manager to lead membership growth across both studios while delivering an exceptional experience to every person who walks through our doors.

About the Role:
As the Dual Studio Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members at both F45 Training and FS8 Streetsville. Your primary focus will be generating new memberships, nurturing leads, building relationships, and helping people find the membership that best fits their goals.
You'll work closely with our coaching and leadership teams to ensure every new member has an incredible onboarding experience while continuing to build strong relationships that drive referrals and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales across both F45 Training and FS8 through consultations, studio tours, intro offers, and trial conversions
- Respond promptly to all leads via phone, text, email, and social media
- Consistently follow up with prospective members using our CRM system
- Build relationships with current members to maximize retention, upgrades, and referrals
- Collaborate with coaches to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for every new member
- Help plan and execute community events, partnerships, corporate outreach, and promotional campaigns
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM records
- Support daily front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional customer service
- Create a welcoming, energetic, and professional studio environment
- Assist with local marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and community outreach
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, membership sales, customer success, or business development
- Fitness industry experience is an asset but not required
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
- Positive, energetic personality with a passion for helping others
- Comfortable creating community connections and representing both brands at local events
- Active on social media is considered an asset
