Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Lead Hand to assist with various landscaping projects (residential and commercial). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, able to work well with others and take pride in their work. This role involves hands-on work, so the candidate must be able to handle physical work, outdoors on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary
- Valid driver’s license (G)
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop/job sites daily
Beneficial Landscaping Experience
- Grading
- Laying Sod
- Hydroseeding
- Interlock brick
- Fence work
- Armour stone installation
- Operation of equipment (Skid steer and Mini Excavator)
- Drive small dump truck with trailer
- Load and unload equipment
- DZ license
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
