Interacting, welcoming, and seating guests with a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor.
Providing excellent customer service skills to guests during their experience.
Cleaning, sanitizing and resetting tables to prepare for the arrival of more guests.
Ability to multi-task with different guests and different duties such as bussing tables, seating guests, and serving them non-alcoholic beverages(tea, coffee, water, juice), etc.
Work bigger functions such as weddings, birthday parties, conferences, meetings, etc.
Ability to dissolve conflict, problem solve, and take constructive criticism.
Ability to learn quickly, work as a team, and jump in to help when you are needed.
Availability must include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be reliable with a passion for people, customer service, and the hospitality industry.
We are willing to train, and welcome students to apply since no alcohol will be handled as a Host/Busser.
