Description:
We are looking for an experienced cabinet door and parts painter to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality spray finishing for cabinet components, with a strong emphasis on equipment maintenance and consistency in finish quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spray finishing of cabinet doors and parts (primers, paints, and topcoats)
- Surface preparation including sanding, cleaning, and masking
- Maintain consistent finish quality and color matching
- Clean and maintain spray booths and Cefla Meto finishing line
- Disassemble, rebuild, and maintain spray guns and paint pumps
- Troubleshoot spray equipment and finishing issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cabinet or wood finishing
- Strong knowledge of spray techniques (airless, HVLP, or conventional)
- Hands-on experience rebuilding spray guns and servicing paint pumps (required)
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets
- Reliable and punctual
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
- rebuilding guns and pumpsms: 3 years (required)
- hand sanding: 3 years (required)
- spray staining: 2 years (required)
- spray painting/ staining: 4 years (required)
- wipe on and off staining : 4 years (preferred)
