Position Summary:
EPIC Recovery is seeking Registered Social Workers (MSW, RSW) and Registered Psychotherapists (RP) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong passion for addiction care, an interest in continuous learning, and a commitment to supporting both clients and their family members.
Clinical Therapists at EPIC will deliver individual counselling, provide support and education to families, and have the capacity to facilitate groups and workshops. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide trauma-informed, person-centred counselling to individuals and families affected by addiction.
- Support family members in understanding addiction, setting boundaries, and navigating recovery.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate groups, workshops, and psychoeducational sessions.
- Participate in ongoing team education, peer consultation, and collaborative learning.
- Contribute to the development of holistic, evidence-informed addiction care practices.

Qualifications:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) with RSW registration, or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with CRPO.
- Minimum 2 years of counselling experience, ideally in addiction, trauma, or concurrent disorders.
- A clear Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is a mandatory condition of the role.
- Demonstrated interest and commitment to addiction care and continuous professional growth.
- Experience facilitating therapeutic or educational groups is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of holistic recovery principles and family systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
