Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Expert Latte Artist to elevate our café experience through exceptional latte art and visual presentation. This role combines artistry with customer engagement, requiring a passion for coffee craftsmanship and an eye for aesthetic detail. Duties
- Craft intricate and innovative latte art designs with precision and consistency
- Develop new artistic techniques to keep the presentation fresh and engaging
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all coffee-making equipment and workstations
- Engage with customers to showcase latte art skills and enhance their overall experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Assist in training new staff on latte art techniques and standards
- Stay updated on current trends in coffee presentation, incorporating new styles into daily service
- Manage inventory of specialty syrups, food coloring, and other decorative materials used in latte art
Skills
- Expertise in creating detailed latte art with a strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skill and creativity
- Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and steady hand for precise latte art execution
- Passion for continuous learning about new techniques in both coffee artistry, crêpe making and food presentation
