Job Summary
Custom Clean Co. is seeking motivated, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial offices, residential homes, and short-term rental turnovers, delivering reliable service and exceptional results for every client.
As a member of our team, you'll complete scheduled cleans on a per-job basis, with compensastion based on the size and scope of each clean. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys independence, and wants flexibility while being part of a supportive company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and short term rental properties.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain consistent, high quality results.
- Handle tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, staging, and deep cleans as required.
- Ensure properties are guest-ready and exceed client expectations.
- Respect client property and maintain confidentiality at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Reliable and self-motivated; able to manage time independently.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
- Drivers License and reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Work Schedule
Must be available for a mix between weekends and weekdays
Residential Cleans - Generally weekdays during the day.
Commercial Cleans - Often evenings or Weekends (outside of business hours)
Short -Term Rental Cleans - Weekdays & Weekends Typically 10-4PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
