NOW HIRING: PROJECT COORDINATOR (ICI CONSTRUCTION) - CAMBRIDGE, ON ��
We are looking for a motivated
Project Coordinator to join a growing ICI construction team delivering complex projects across Southern Ontario.
This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery from start to finish, working closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
�� WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple construction projects
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Track budgets, costs, progress draws, and invoice reconciliation
- Maintain accurate project records and support change management processes
- Assist with quality control, deficiencies, and closeout documentation
- Support health & safety documentation and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with estimating, accounting, safety, and project teams
�� WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-5 years of experience in construction coordination or administration
- Experience in commercial or institutional construction is an asset
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and workflows
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Procore / MS Project is an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
