Bloor Jane Physiotherapy & Active Rehabilitation is looking for a passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team in the heart of Bloor West Village.
Our busy physiotherapy clinic has an established patient base, and our team of physiotherapists consistently refers patients internally, allowing you to build a full caseload quickly. Whether you're an experienced RMT or a new graduate, you'll have the support and resources needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments using evidence-informed techniques.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term patient relationships.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Details
Job Type: Part-Time with opportunity to grow into Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive commission structure with earning potential of $72.00–$82.00+ per hour, depending on experience and schedule.
