Job Description:
We are currently seeking spa therapists and estheticians to join our spa team for the upcoming Winter 2026/2027 season on a contract term.
Schedule:
- Full time - Hours per day and days per week vary depending on business demands. Availability is negotiable
- Weekend availability
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Perform spa treatments to guests including massage, hot stone massage, body wraps, body scrubs, facials, manicure/pedicure, waxing
- Educate guests on treatments and products
- Cleaning and maintaining of work areas, implements and treatment rooms
- Interact with guests and maintain cleanliness of guest areas
- Assist with laundry and open and close duties for treatment rooms
- Suggest and promote services and products to guests
- Upsell services and products during treatments
- Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of guests
- Provide guests with high quality service at every stage of their spa experience
Qualifications:
- Must carry an esthetics diploma and be trained in spa therapy treatments
- Previous experience working in a luxury spa setting an asset
- Previous experience working with Eminence Organics and asset
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Team player
- Flexible
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to relocate to Big White ski resort for the season or commute to and from work
- Language - English
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience required
Physical requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting 25 to 50 lbs on occasion
- Will be standing for long periods of time
- Must be capable of standing, walking up stairs and commuting in the snow
- Must be capable of massage and performing 4 to 5 treatments per shift
Compensation & work perks
- Hourly wage: 20.50/hr + commission + tips
- Seasonal Contract term - Late November/Early December 2026 to April 2027
