Reporting to the Project Manager, we are primarily looking an Oilfield Survey Party Chief, responsible for running a 2 man survey crew within the province of Alberta. Out of town work terms can be up to 21 days in length but vary as need arises to fulfill the needs of our clients. Based in Northern and Central Alberta, this position also comes with a very competitive compensation package.
Are you who we are looking for?
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of a 2 year Diploma in Survey Technology and 1 to 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with the survey of lease locations, pipeline rights of way, pipe location surveys, topographical surveys is a necessity. Possessing both very good communication skills as well attention to detail will also be considered during the hiring process.
Current Safety tickets in Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, WHMIS, Quad/ATV Training, BC. Fallers are also looked on positively by the company. Please include all current safety tickets and a current drivers abstract with your resume.
