Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Serve guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
- Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining organized workstations and inventory levels
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and handling procedures
- Food Safe certificate and WHMIS certificate required
- Experience in the food industry or related fields is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
