Requirements for Summer Position
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Aged 15 – 30
- Available Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Start date: April 21, 2026 to August 30, 2026

Human Resources Administrator (Summer Position)
Tasks:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and reviewing applications
- Support onboarding of new staff and volunteers, including preparing documents and orientation materials
- Maintain and update employee and volunteer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating communications with candidates
- Help track attendance, timesheets, and basic HR documentation
- Support internal communications and staff coordination
- Assist with administrative tasks related to HR policies and procedures
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to support HR operations and contribute to a positive and organized workplace environment.
This experience will provide youth with training, hands-on experience, and entry-level exposure to human resources within a nonprofit organization.
