Join ID Technology Canada as an Industrial Maintenance Technician and play a key role in keeping our production equipment and facility running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and tools
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic control issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facility systems
- Complete general building maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Support installation, setup, and improvement of equipment
- Coordinate maintenance activities and priorities with your supervisor
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
- Complete other related duties as required
What You Bring
- Technical diploma or certification in maintenance, millwright, electrical, or related field
- 3 plus years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with basic electrical knowledge
- Experience with preventative maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70+ lbs occasionally
- Frequent bending, twisting, and standing
Schedule
- Monday to Friday with flexible schedule
- Occasional weekend work as required based on operational needs
