Team Lead – Residential Cleaning
Location: Lower Mainland
Hours: 12–30 hours per week (with potential for additional hours)

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading others, and is passionate about delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Position Summary
As our Team Lead, you will oversee a team of 2–3 cleaning technicians while working alongside them in the field. You’ll ensure every home is cleaned to our high standards, provide coaching and support to your team, and communicate with management when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 cleaning technicians.
- Perform residential cleaning to company standards.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Delegate tasks and keep the team on schedule.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and coworkers.
- Drive yourself and, when required, team members between job sites.
- Report supply needs, maintenance issues, and client concerns to management.
- Help create an efficient, productive, and enjoyable work environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $22.50/hour during the first 3 months of training and probation.
- Wage increase: Upon successful completion of training and demonstrated ability to lead a team, the wage increases to $25.00/hour.
- Flat-rate travel allowance provided for eligible travel between job sites.
- Additional wage growth opportunities based on performance, reliability, and leadership.
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
