What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our front-of-house team, you'll help create the welcoming atmosphere that defines The Borough.
You'll:
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality.
- Guide guests through our food, cocktail, wine, and feature menus with confidence.
- Deliver attentive, relaxed service without feeling scripted.
- Work alongside an incredible team to create memorable dining experiences.
- Keep your section organized, clean, and inviting.
- Help prepare the restaurant before service and reset it for the next day.
- Jump in wherever needed because great restaurants are built by great teams.

Qualifications
- Valid AGLC ProServe certification.
- Bartending experience is an asset, but not required.
- Weekend, morning, day & evening availability.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
