Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in food service and hospitality. Must have experience with VLT machines, & cashing out VLT tickets.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including being able to do VLT cashout tickets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drink selections
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Follow all food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service procedures
Skills
- Must have Pro Serve
- Must have Reel Facts
- Must have 2 years of serving & bartending.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST for order entry and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and bill splitting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests
Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
