工作职责
- 负责店内生日派对的接待、流程执行和现场协调，确保派对顺利进行。
- 协助店长进行门店日常运营，包括客户服务、前台支持、场地秩序维护及基础清洁工作。
- 协助提升客户体验，确保顾客获得高质量的服务和互动。
- 协助店长推动派对销售、活动执行及相关门店业绩提升。
岗位要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力和现场应变能力。
- 有儿童活动、生日派对、早教、教育、娱乐、零售或客户服务经验者优先。
- 能够接受周末及法定节假日轮班工作。
- 需接受犯罪记录背景调查。

Jolly Bubble Indoor Playground is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-focused Party & Operations Supervisor to join our North York team.

Responsibilities
- Host and coordinate children’s birthday parties, including guest reception, party flow, and on-site support to ensure each party runs smoothly.
- Assist the store manager with daily store operations, including customer service, front desk support, play area supervision, and basic cleaning duties.
- Help improve the overall customer experience by providing high-quality service and positive interactions with guests.
- Support the store manager in party sales, event execution, and overall store performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication, organization, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in children’s activities, birthday parties, early childhood education, education, entertainment, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays.
- A criminal record background check is required.
