About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors / Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will engage directly with members of the public, provide information about our partner organizations, and help support campaign growth initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Availability between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (minimum 3 days/week)
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Previous experience in customer service, promotions, sales, fundraising, or marketing
Access to reliable transportation is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities
Represent partner organizations professionally during community outreach campaigns
Engage with potential supporters and provide accurate campaign information
Deliver excellent customer interactions and answer questions clearly and respectfully
Assist with maintaining accurate records and supporter information
