The Client Services Representative position is a position that would be of interest to individuals who aspire to work in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities and strive to provide the highest level of service possible to our Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative functions for your portfolio of accounts and develop strong relationships with your clients
- Strong calendar, email management and organizational skills to keep client projects on track
- Respond to all inquiries promptly and maintain detailed notes and customer information
- Effectively manage day to day operations for client's projects by liaising with both internal staff (QC, IT, Finance and Production) and external resources
- Identify opportunities to improve overall customer service experience
- Communicate client requirements, objectives and issues to respective internal team members according to specific requirements
- Actively participate in our Contact Centre through telephone, email and chat activity
- Attention to detail when performing data entry for various programs as required
- Escalate issues to internal stakeholders
- Master and utilize internal software program for order processing, inventory and freight management
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as may be required to manage and report on activity for client programs
- Co-ordinate and assist in client billings, when applicable
- Assist in Quality Control, when required
- Complete customer service related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field
- 3-5 years previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service.
- Experience with CRM preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team driven environment
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Expert on Microsoft Office suite, especially Office and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Possess an empathetic and nurturing personality in order to relate to customer's needs
