Diplôme de maîtrise en travail social (MSW) ou l’équivalent.

Au moins 4 ans d’expérience clinique démontrée dans le domaine de la pratique auprès des groupes.

Connaissance approfondie des processus de groupe, des compétences et de la pratique auprès de populations diversifiées.

Capacité à faire état de son expérience pratique personnelle comme intervenant clinique dans le domaine du travail social en lien avec la pratique de groupe.
Application pratique démontrée et/ou expérience d’enseignement dans les domaines suivants :

Les modèles théoriques qui sous-tendent la méthode de travail de groupe en travail social.

Les différentes théories, concepts et dynamiques de la pratique de groupe.
