PSW certificate and minimum 2 years experience
Follow Infection Control Measures per IPAC
Completes documentation as per facility policy and guidelines
Provide resident care as needed, including Rising and Retiring Care
Communicate pertinent resident concerns to Team Lead staff
COVID Vaccines at least 2, Flu vaccine, TB test
CPR certification required, Venerable police check
CPR training available on site
Must be willing to work all shifts
