The Job: The successful candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven individual with one years' experience as a Receptionist in an Automotive Dealership or comparable customer service experience. The successful candidate will have:
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle Cash/Debit/Credit transactions
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
- Extremely dependable and punctual
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Positive “can-do” attitude, with willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers, guests and other associated businesses
The Qualifications required:
- Previous working experience as a Receptionist in an Automotive Dealership or Repair Center is an asset
- Able to effectively communicate: verbally, in writing and listening
- Strong attention to detail
- Drivers License with clean record
- Able to manage people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent * Results driven with a customer focus*
- A positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team setting & independently
