About the Role
We’re looking for a Guest Relations team member who thrives in a guest-facing environment and has a high attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in customer service, is curious about health and wellness, and brings warmth, organization, and energy to every interaction.
Whether you're helping someone schedule their first treatment, managing a busy front desk with grace, or making sure the space reflects our commitment to excellence, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with presence, kindness, and professionalism
- Schedule and adjust appointments and inquiries via phone and in-person
- Keep our reception and guest areas clean, calm, and organized
- Build rapport and connection with guests as you’re often the first and last face they see
- Assist with daily operational tasks and help the clinic run smoothly
- Participate in team meetings, events, and support initiatives that make Kinetic Living exceptional
Who You Are
- You have 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience
- You’re genuinely interested in health, wellness, or manual therapy (bonus if you’ve worked in a clinic or fitness setting!)
- You’re organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, someone who notices the little things
- You enjoy connecting with people and can communicate clearly and compassionately
- You thrive in a team-based environment, but can also take initiative and work independently
