Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress
- Manage project documentation, change orders, and RFIs
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
