The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you are the backbone of our logistics. You’ll be responsible for the safe handling of client belongings, maintaining an organized facility, and ensuring that our moving crews have everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely move, load, and unload household and commercial good from trailers and containers.
- Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing shipments using our digital inventory system.
- Vaulting: Properly pack and stack items into storage vaults to maximize space and ensure safety.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all pieces are wrapped/padded according to AMJ’s high standards.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (sweeping, debris removal, equipment checks).
- Support: Assist moving crews with prep work and equipment loading before they head out on the road.
What You Bring to the Table
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull 60+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Attention to Detail: You’re someone who notices a loose label or a fragile box that needs extra care.

- Team Spirit: You enjoy working with a crew and are always willing to lend a hand.
- Safety First: A commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing proper PPE.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or moving-specific inventory software.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Order Picker and Forklift certifications are considered an asset but are not mandatory.

Schedule:
The position will initially be part-time, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of increased hours based on performance and business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
