Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and upholding the cleanliness of all our units. The role is client facing and while at a service location, our housekeepers are brand ambassadors and expected to demonstrate excellent customer service and reporting.
SERVICES
The Services of the employee, while employed as, Housekeeping Associate (Driver), shall include but not be limited to:
1. Providing superior housekeeping service in keeping with the duties and requirements outlined by the company for the position.
2. Use personal vehicle to carry cleaning supplies n linens (weighing up to 40 lbs) provided by the company and drive to and from the office to service locations with a team member [Housekeeping Associate].
3. Communicate clearly and effectively with residents and ensure all resident requests are communicated efficiently and effectively to the Facilities Manager/Co-Founder.
4. Carry and drop off housekeeping and other supplies (weighing up to 40 lbs), to residents, during service routes as directed by Facilities Manager and Co-Founder.
5. Undertake post-service inspection of work done by self and team member[s] to ensure room service and resets done adhere to the standards stipulated by the company.
6. Share any ideas/work processes that can improve existing processes and service standards with Co-Founder and Facilities Manager.
7. Complete daily service route and report time taken for each service to the office via scheduling and reporting app.
8. Use the scheduling and reporting app provided by the company to complete room service, reset and delivery reports.
9. Refer to the same app to learn daily route.
10. Attend daily pre-service briefings and department meetings.
11. Consult Co-Founder for any service clarification. In absence of Co-Founder seek directions from Facilities Manager.
12. Report to the office any special service requirements received from residents.
13. Work with the Co-Founder and Facilities Manager to meet and exceed service expectations.
14. Ensure housekeeping cart is always stocked with required supplies. Do a spot check of supplies before beginning the service day.
15. Advise Facilities Manager of any housekeeping supplies that require replenishment.
16. Assist/Pack linen for housekeeping service or as directed by Co-Founder / Facilities Manager.
17. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Personal vehicle with clear driving record are pre-requisites for the position.
2. English language: Good communication and report writing skills.
3. Ability to work as a team member in a diverse cultural environment and fulfill timelines for job completion.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
1. Wage: Mentioned in posting.
2. Personal vehicle used for work travel. Mileage paid at $ 0.61 per km. Mileage to be recorded and submitted to the office as part of daily reporting process.
3. Cell Phone Allowance of $ 20.00 per month paid to cover the use of personal cell phone for official tasks and day-to-day reporting of duties as assigned by the office.
4. Eligible for enrollment in the Company’s group health plan following successful completion of probation should the employee meet the minimum work hours required by the plan.
TRAINING:
Task and job orientation to be provided by the employer.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
