Job description
Looking for a RPN or RN for a fast-paced OB/GYN office for day time hours Monday to Thursday.
Qualifications:
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Clinical experience in an office setting and knowledge of EMR would be an asset
- Good oral and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to draw blood would be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Patient history and physical examination, assessing patients prior to physician encounter
- Medication administration
- Labs and medication orders to pharmacies
- Take phone calls and triage patients
- Cleaning and stocking rooms and supplies
