We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team of Builders. A successful candidate will have previous experience designing buildings, and up-to-date knowledge of current construction techniques and trends.
Responsibilities:
Design and construct fences and decks according to client specifications
Measure and cut materials to the appropriate size
Install fence posts, gates, and hardware
Apply sealant or other protective coatings to fences and decks
Inspect completed projects for quality and accuracy
Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a fence and deck builder
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
