Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Follow proper food safety protocols at all times, including proper storage, handling, and disposal of food products
- Support the overall operation of the kitchen during busy hours, ensuring quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Strong understanding of the food industry and restaurant operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
