Job Description:
My Mellow Vape Shop 3.0 is hiring a part time/full time Retail Sales Associate / Cashier. We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a friendly and professional environment. Paid training is provided.
Experience (Preferred):
- Customer service: 1 year
- Retail sales: 1 year
Responsibilities include:
- Must be 19+ (legal requirement in Ontario).
- Greet customers and provide excellent service.
- Verify government-issued ID for anyone appearing under 25 years old.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system (cash & debit handling).
- Restock and merchandise products to maintain an attractive store.
- Keep the store clean and organized daily.
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
- Maintain product knowledge to assist customers confidently.
Licence / Certification:
- Driver’s license (preferred, not required).
Schedule:
- Part-time/full time
- Weekdays & weekends as needed (flexible availability required)
