Overview
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure the airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our aircraft by performing and overseeing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with aircraft maintenance procedures, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the Maintenance Control Manual, aircraft maintenance schedules, and records related to aircraft certification, traceability, and aeronautical products.
- Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance, elementary work, and aircraft servicing in accordance with approved maintenance programs.
- Ensure service difficulty reports are completed and submitted as required, technical publications are kept current, and maintenance activities performed by contractors comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the issuance of authorizations for personnel performing elementary maintenance tasks and aircraft servicing.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with approved maintenance organizations (AMOs), Transport Canada, and other regulatory authorities.
- Monitor aircraft inspections, repairs, overhauls, modifications, defect rectification, and maintenance release certification.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
