Senior Leasing Manager / Director, Leasing

We’re growing — and looking for a high‑impact leasing professional to help drive the next phase. At Smart Investments, you’ll lead leasing across a 2.2M+ sq. ft. portfolio of retail, shopping centres, and commercial assets. This is a hands‑on role focused on driving occupancy, improving tenant mix, and increasing NOI.
What You’ll Do
- Lead leasing strategy across multiple assets
- Secure national and high‑growth tenants
- Leverage your retailer + broker relationships to generate deal flow
- Negotiate leases, renewals, and repositioning deals
- Support acquisitions and asset transitions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong retail leasing experience (5–15+ years)
- Proven ability to close deals and drive occupancy
- Established relationships with national retailers and brokers
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who creates opportunities, not waits for them
- Has an active Real Estate Salesperson License
