The ideal candidate will manage a condo community's daily operations and carry out policies set by the condo board. With a high focus on customer service, we are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:
- RECA Condo Management License IS REQUIRED, or EXPERIENCE at company in the Condo Management field (with plans to work towards licensing)
- Experience in building construction/maintenance/warranty, especially in Multi-Family, is a definite asset and we will train you for the role
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through
- Basic financial knowledge, including budgeting and financial statements
- Knowledge of the Condominium Property Act and financial regulations is an asset
- General computer systems knowledge
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in Condo Management is considered an asse
