We're looking for a warm, energetic, and people-loving Breakfast Attendant to be the first smile our guests see every morning. This isn't just about keeping the coffee hot — it's about creating a moment guests remember. You'll be the friendly face that turns a regular morning into a great start to someone's day.
If your friends describe you as upbeat, dependable, and the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome — we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and positive attitude — make them feel like they're walking into your home
- Set up, maintain, and refresh the breakfast buffet throughout the morning shift
- Keep the dining area spotlessly clean — tables, chairs, counters, serving stations, and floors
- Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies promptly and cheerfully
- Engage in friendly, natural conversation with guests — ask about their stay, their plans, make them laugh a little
- Handle guest questions and requests quickly and with confidence
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front desk team
- Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service
What We're Looking For
Personality is Everything Here
- Naturally friendly and outgoing — you light up a room without even trying
- A warm communicator who can talk with anyone — families, business travelers, seniors, kids
- The kind of person guests remember by name and mention in reviews
- Positive, upbeat energy even during early mornings and busy hours
- Genuine passion for making people feel welcome and cared for
Reliability & Work Ethic
- Dependable and punctual — the morning team counts on you showing up ready to go
- Proven track record of following through on commitments
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without being asked
- Able to stay organized and keep a clean, well-stocked station under pressure
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or food service experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Team player with great communication — with both guests AND coworkers
