We are seeking motivated individuals to join our exterior maintenance team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services, including roof and gutter maintenance, window washing, and pressure washing.
Position Overview
This is a physically demanding, field-based role suited for individuals who prefer active work in an outdoor environment. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for executing various exterior cleaning projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive roof and gutter cleaning, including debris removal.
- Execute professional window washing and high-pressure washing of various surfaces.
- Safely set up, move, and break down heavy equipment and ladders.
- Adhere to company safety protocols, particularly when working at heights.
Requirements
- Physical Capability: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment and ladders throughout the day.
- Aptitude for Heights: Comfort working on roofs and at various heights is mandatory.
- Environmental Resilience: Ability to work consistently in diverse weather conditions, including rain and hot sunny days.
- Professionalism: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining our service standards.
Compensation & Training
- Commission-Based Structure: Compensation is strictly performance-based. There is no hourly base pay; earnings are determined by the volume and quality of work completed.
- Training: We provide full on-the-job training. Prior experience in exterior cleaning is an asset but not required for candidates with the right work ethic.
