The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Journeyperson Electrician to join our Edmonton team, working on the wiring, assembly, and commissioning of overhead cranes and industrial equipment.
This role offers a mix of shop and field work, giving you variety and hands-on involvement in unique projects you won’t find in typical electrical roles.
What You’ll Be Doing

Wire and assemble overhead cranes, hoists, and control systems

Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings

Install control panels, festoon systems, pendants, and VFDs

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks

Ensure all work meets safety standards and customer specifications

Support shop operations and prepare equipment for shipment
What We’re Looking For
-
Certified Journeyperson Electrician
-
2+ years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical work

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
-
Experience with motor controls, VFDs, and control wiring
-
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a hands-on environment
-
Valid driver’s licence
Crane or hoist experience is a strong asset, but not required.
