Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist with customer inquiries
- Manage waitlists and communicate estimated wait times to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining room
- Assist servers as a busser and ensure timely table maintenance collaboratively with service staff
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Operate POS for to-go orders
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming ambiance that reflects our hospitality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
