Our appointment-only clientele is discerning, loyal, and largely composed of women who invest in premium, hand-finished pieces. The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced senior hairstylist to join us as an independent contractor on a part-time basis. This is a rare opportunity for a stylist with sharp technical skills and a refined client-facing presence to specialize in luxury wig work within an established, growing brand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client consultations for custom and bespoke wigs, toppers, and hair systems
- Cut, customize, and style lace wigs and hair pieces to each client’s facial structure and lifestyle
- Educate clients on proper aftercare, longevity, and the investment value of their piece
- Deliver an elevated, polished experience from consultation through fitting and styling
- Manage your own bookings within agreed studio availability
- What You Bring
- Licensed hairstylist in Ontario with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong cutting and finishing skills, particularly on lace wigs (or a clear willingness to specialize)
- Experience serving luxury or appointment-based clientele preferred
- Familiarity with Fresha or comparable booking platforms
- Independent professional mindset — you operate as your own brand
- Refined communication skills, with the patience and warmth required for sensitive consultations (e.g., medical hair loss, alopecia, chemotherapy)
Compensation
- $24/hour CAD base rate
- Plus commission on wig and product sales
- Plus tips
- Strong earning potential given the price point of our pieces
