Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and dining space.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.Manage time effectively to maintain service speed during peak hours.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus.Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing.
