Job Duties
- Perform mobile repairs and service on van bodies, trailers, roll up and barn doors
- Perform mobile repairs on tailgates and ramps
- Perform safety checks and inspections on trucks and trailers
- Perform mobile maintenance services, with the primary focus on all refrigeration unit such as Carrier and/or Thermo King commercial refrigeration equipment designed for commercial trucks and trailers
- Recharge systems with refrigerant and performing routine checks
- Perform preventative maintenance on trailers
- Assist in the installation and replacement of various transportation equipment components
- Read schematics
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency
- Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at end of day
- Ensure outputs meet production schedules, safety and quality standards, as well as customer needs
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, product quality, and safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery
- Ensure proper use of required personal protective equipment
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on all equipment and tools
- Mark, record, and report defective products
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
- Possible evening and weekend shifts
Job Requirements
- 310T/310J
- Valid ODP certification
- Reefer experience, with preference given to mobile reefer experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid "G" Drivers License and ability to provide a clean drivers abstract.
- Must be available to work all shifts

- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 50 kilograms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
