Duties:
-Must be available Wednesday -Sunday 20-35 hrs/week
-Must be available 6:30 am-3:30 PM
-Must be able to work alone during certain periods and open and close
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and high quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and assembly for catering events
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
-Will assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is required
-1+ Years of Breakfast Cooking Experience Required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
