Food Truck Event Lead & Customer Experience Team Member
At Lady Glaze Doughnuts, we're looking for energetic, reliable, and professional team members who love creating memorable customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with people, and bringing a positive attitude to every event.
Working primarily from the truck, you will represent the Lady Glaze brand at festivals, markets, corporate events, weddings, and community celebrations. You will be responsible for operating the truck, serving customers, preparing beverages, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from setup to teardown.
Customer Experience Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Greet and engage with customers in a positive and professional manner
- Process orders and handle payments accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee, milkshakes, and other beverages to company standards
- Develop a strong understanding of all Lady Glaze products, ingredients, and allergy considerations
- Build positive relationships with regular customers and event attendees
- Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and special requests
- Represent the Lady Glaze brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times
- Work collaboratively with teammates and event organizers to ensure a successful event experience
Operational Responsibilities
- Drive and operate the Lady Glaze Food Truck at events throughout the region and beyond
- Ensure the truck is fully stocked, organized, and event-ready before departure
- Coordinate with management and event organizers regarding event requirements and logistics
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck throughout each shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and safety requirements
- Ensure all products are prepared and presented according to Lady Glaze standards
- Accurately record waste and inventory information as required
- Report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, or operational challenges promptly
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
- Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Certificate (or be willing to obtain one upon hiring)

The role pays a base rate, plus tips, plus a % of events sales.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
