Exhibitor Services Representative (Temporary to Permanent)

What You Will Be Doing, as an Exhibitor Services Representative:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors, assisting them with service orders, booth requirements, and general inquiries.
- Process exhibitor orders, invoices, and payments accurately using internal event management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and occasionally on-site to resolve issues and ensure a seamless event experience.
- Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and venue teams to ensure all exhibitor assets and orders are delivered and set up correctly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event guidelines, pricing, and deadlines to guide clients effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Should Have, as an Exhibitor Services Representative:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, administrative, or event coordination role.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Able to work independently and follow complex verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Paid weekly, every Tuesday.
- Excellent opportunity for permanent hire with a growing company.
- 4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it.
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends.
The Shift You Will be Working is:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Standard weekday hours, though flexibility for occasional overtime may be required during peak event seasons.
Where You Will Be Working, as an Exhibitor Services Representative:
- Abbotsford, BC (Office location)
- Transit accessible, with free on-site parking available for those with personal vehicles.
