We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bartenders to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of food and beverage operations within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills necessary for cashiering, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements.
- Experience in serving or food service roles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Pay: $17.85-$31.01 per hour
