Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is well-organized and attractive
- Provide expert advice on gardening, landscaping, and horticulture products
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandising efforts
- Assist customers with e-commerce inquiries and online orders when applicable
- Handle customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support landscape maintenance activities as needed to enhance store exterior appearance
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is desirable
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and display setup
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
